Wow! if you couldn't tell, we have been busy! so I will try and do a quick update of what has happened since our last post in January! Well, for Valentines Day, we got about 2-3 inches of snow which was awesome because we got to try out our snowshoes! we can't wait to whip them out on the snowy mountains in Colorado! However, I don't think that the deer liked us trekking through their turf because the next morning, when Jon went out to his car, they left us a present in the snow right in front of the car door. (a nice pile of droppings)

I had my interview for the radiology program beginning of March and as you all probably know I got it! Yeah!! I start classes June 5th and will have book work until December. I will be doing my clinicals (like internship) in Great Bend starting in January for one year and then I will have once more semester of classes to finish up after that. We talked to our landlord and they are going to work with us on leaving in December without losing our deposit, so that is a plus.

Shhh! Lycan's not feeling well...

She had her first visit to the vet in March. She had been lathargic and was having abdominal cramps. Come to find out she had crystals in her bladder, so she is on a canned food diet for awhile. She had her 2nd visit during spring break and got spayed. It was kinda cute, the vet we took her too sent her a card and sent us home a letter about her surgery that was written like Lycan was telling the story.

We went to Wichita to the Winter Jam concert with Karen and her friends. It was awesome! There were so many great bands! We are glad that Karen is a concert junkie! :)

Jon bought a Bronco II with some of our tax refund. It has a lift kit on it so the kids think it's a monster truck! It has been giving us problems though, I think we may have got ourselves a lemon :( Jon is looking for another truck and will probably be selling the Bronco and maybe even the Nissan...

We got a new radiator for Billy with the tax return and Jon and Harley put in one weekend.
Boy has the weather been crazy here! Right now is it in the 40's and we had snowfalling last wed when it was in the 80's that monday! the flowers I planted last year had bloomed, but I don't think they are going to make it through the temps and frost we've had this week! I can only imagine how this will effect the crops for this year. Because it had been so nice last time we had the kids we went to the park to play. It was fun!

We hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter celebrating the ressurection of our merciful Lord and Savior Jesus! Hopefully everyone had a chance to reflect on what an amazing gift we have been given!

It was a crazy weekend with the kids. I don't know if it was the fact that they had friday off from school or what but oh my! What a long weekend.

We celebrated Haleigh's 4th birthday which is on the 9th.
